Nothing generated by this site is a quote, a proposal, a tender response or an offer capable of acceptance. No contract arises between us because you generated an estimate, and no figure shown here binds us or anyone else to a price. See the disclaimer for the full position.
4. No warranty as to accuracy

We make no warranty that the estimates are accurate for your project, that the site will be uninterrupted, or that it is fit for any particular purpose. The model, its constants and its limits are published on how it works so that you can judge that for yourself.

They are used descriptively, to identify a category of product or a piece of technology. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is claimed or implied in either direction.

Where we link to an external site, we are not responsible for its content or its practices.
10. Privacy
Use of the calculator transmits nothing to us. Anything you submit through a form is handled as described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Taction Software LLC is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
